• Founder of Sedberry Construction in 1986.

• Danny's background includes working on the offshore oil drilling rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and in North Carolina's furniture industry.

• Guided company from early beginnings in small residential to large, custom residential on then forward into historic renovation, commercial, industrial, institutional, health care, and pharmaceutical construction areas.

Dax Sedberry, Vice President

• Proven leader and subject matter expert in healthcare construction

• 22+ years of direct oversight and experience in commercial healthcare construction

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations and oversight of the Construction side of the family business

• Evaluates all company policies and actions to ensure the highest level of integrity and good will are reached.

• Maintains field readiness by managing material requisitions, labor assignments, equipment maintenance, and project meetings with Owners.

• Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships.

 

Dustin Sedberry, Project

• Over 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial construction project management

• Decades of experience as an operator in all construction equipment

• Field expert in concrete-related construction and design

• Decades of experience in welding, fabrication

• Responsible for all day-to-day operations and oversight of other family business investments

Bill Matheson, Preconstruction Director/Estimator

• Bill Matheson handles estimating and bidding, with subcontractor solicitation and negotiation support

• 30+ years of construction experience

• Bill is a 1991 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
