Qualifications for Partnership

In order to most effectively manage a project for quality and safety, Sedberry Construction strives to understand the scope fully before construction begins. We then evaluate the strengths of our inhouse personnel and the strengths of our core subcontractors to bring the best team to each project. The ultimate decision of whether to self-perform or subcontract portions of work is determined by evaluating project difficulty, security or cleanliness requirements, ability level, schedule issues, special safety concerns, and availability of personnel. For most activities, our preference is to use our own personnel. For subcontracted work, we maintain excellent working relationships with a core group of top-performing subcontractors who share the goals and philosophies of Sedberry Construction.
